Kish Island Shopping Mall
Concept, Schematic and Detailed design of 2 Basements, Ground Floor and 3 Levels of Luxury Shopping Mall in Iran. We designed the structure for UBC Seismic Zone 4.
The structural design consists of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slabs, beams, columns, and shear walls. Lateral stability is achieved by bearing/shear wall system designed to carry 100% of the lateral loads. The supporting frames are designed to carry only gravity loads and checked against design level seismic drifts.
